Singapore Passport 35x45mm Photo

Digital format accepted (400x514 pixels at JPEG). Printed photos on matte or glossy paper. Cut the photo to exactly 35 x 45 mm (1.4" x 1.8") — any deviation beyond 0.5 mm can trigger rejection.

A standard 4x6 inch (10x15 cm) print sheet holds 8 photos at this size — a cost-effective option at any photo kiosk or home printer. Leave a small margin between cuts.

The background must be White background only and completely uniform — any gradients, shadows, or patterns are grounds for rejection.

ICA (Immigration & Checkpoints Authority) accepts digital photo uploads via the iApply portal. File must be JPEG format, 400x514 pixels.

Singapore passport applications typically require you to submit printed photos with your application form at a passport office, post office, or consulate. Bring 2 copies unless the application form specifies otherwise.

Photo recency requirement: Must be taken within the last 3 months.
