Our Guarantee
We want you to be happy with MergeImages. If our AI image tools (upscaler, background remover, passport photo maker, object remover) don't meet your expectations, we'll make it right.
Free Tools
Image merging, collages, profile pictures, image cropping, compression, and the passport photo maker (free tier) are provided at no charge with daily usage limits. There is nothing to refund on free usage.
Paid Credit Packs
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used
- Partial refund (prorated for unused credits) within 7 days if some credits have been used
- No refunds after 7 days or if all credits have been consumed
- Purchased credits never expire
Monthly & Annual Subscriptions
- 7-day money-back guarantee on the first payment of any subscription plan
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard — your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and credits already granted stay in your account
- We do not issue prorated refunds on renewals after the first 7-day window
How to Request a Refund

- Include your account email and purchase date
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via Dodo Payments to your original payment method
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical failure that prevented you from using your credits (for example, repeated processing errors or downtime), reach out and we'll either fix the issue, restore the credits, or provide a full refund regardless of the time elapsed.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card network. We resolve most issues within 24 hours and are happy to work with you directly.
