Matte photo paper, 33x48mm. Head must be 28-33mm high and 15-22mm wide. Cut the photo to exactly 15 x 20 mm (0.6" x 0.8") — any deviation beyond 0.5 mm can trigger rejection.

A standard 4x6 inch (10x15 cm) print sheet holds 50 photos at this size — a cost-effective option at any photo kiosk or home printer. Leave a small margin between cuts.

The background must be plain white and completely uniform — any gradients, shadows, or patterns are grounds for rejection.

Chinese passport renewal can be done at Exit-Entry Administration offices. Many photo studios near these offices specialize in compliant photos.

Attach printed Visa 15x20mm photos securely to your visa application form. Some China consulates require photos to be affixed with adhesive on the back — avoid staples which can damage the print.

Photo recency requirement: Must be taken within the last 6 months.
