The background must be plain white and completely uniform — any gradients, shadows, or patterns are grounds for rejection.
Submitting Your Driving Licence Photo
Spain uses a smaller photo format (26x32mm) for DNI and passport, unlike the standard 35x45mm used in most European countries. Visa photos use the standard 35x45mm.
Spain driving licence photos are usually submitted at the licensing authority or vehicle registration office. Check whether they photograph applicants on-site or require you to supply a printed photo.
